These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PayIt.Fun (payit.fun) and FuelIt.Fun (fuelitfun.com) — collectively, the "Services" — operated by the PayIt.Fun team ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

PayIt.Fun is a free, personal bill-organization tool. FuelIt.Fun is a free, personal fuel-budgeting and commute-tracking tool. Both are informational and organizational tools only — they do not process payments, do not connect to your bank or billers, and are not a substitute for verifying amounts and due dates directly with your billers or financial institutions.

2. No Cost

The Services are currently provided free of charge. We do not collect payment or billing information.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@payit.fun if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. No Financial Advice, No Guarantee of Accuracy

Bill reminders, due-date calculations, and fuel cost estimates are provided for convenience only and may contain errors. We are not liable for missed payments, late fees, or any financial loss resulting from reliance on the Services. Always verify bill amounts and due dates with the actual biller.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or other users' data, or interfere with or disrupt the Services (including automated scraping or abuse of the underlying database).

6. "As Is" Service, No Warranty

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the PayIt.Fun team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Because the Services are provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to $0.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
