This Privacy Policy applies to PayIt.Fun (payit.fun) and FuelIt.Fun (fuelitfun.com) — collectively, the "Services" — since they share the same account system and data storage. Both are operated by the PayIt.Fun team ("we," "us," "our").
Account information: When you sign up, we collect the email address and password you provide. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not stored by us in plain text.
Bill and financial data (PayIt.Fun): Bill names, amounts, due dates, payment instructions, and payment links that you enter. We do not process payments ourselves — PayIt.Fun is an organizational tool, not a payment service.
Vehicle and commute data (FuelIt.Fun): Vehicle make/model/year/MPG, commute distances and frequency, and gas price inputs that you enter.
Technical data: Standard web server logs (e.g., IP address, browser type) may be collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting purposes.
We use the information you provide solely to operate the Services — to show you your bills, calculate fuel cost estimates, and keep your account secure. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for purposes unrelated to providing the Services.
Your data is stored using Google Firebase / Google Cloud Firestore. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Services use browser local storage and Firebase Authentication tokens to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
The Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it.
You may update or delete your account information at any time through the app, or by emailing us at support@payit.fun. We will delete your account and associated data within a reasonable time of a verified request.
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to provide the Services. You may request deletion at any time.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
